FCOAN TC: Ethics (Moral Principles/ Code/ Rules of Conduct)
FCOAN TC ethics focus on preparing Christ-like character, personal loyalty, and academic honesty, purposefully to align student life with biblical teachings for ministry and professional life. Our courses focus on integrating biblical principles with moral reasoning to guide personal conduct, professional behaviour, and decision-making. They cover topics like ethical theory, social issues, and character formation, aiming to foster a "holistic" life centred on loving God and neighbour. These institutions emphasize communal, social, and professional ethics, requiring students to uphold virtuous or good standards in behaviour, relationships, and academic integrity.

Core key components of philosophy
The education philosophy includes a clear, working definition of a Christian worldview, the integration of biblical principles across all subjects, and an understanding of the history of educational philosophy.
Ministry preparation: Equipping students with the tools to "do the work of the ministry, including pastoral care, theology, and leadership skills.
The Great Commission and Evangelism: The philosophy often has a strong emphasis on evangelism, missions, and preparing students to take the Gospel to the world.
Triadic Approach: A balance of academic rigor (intellectual knowledge), spiritual formation (character development), and practical ministry training.
Mentorship and Community: Education is viewed as a communal, rather than merely institutional, experience. Faculty members act as mentors, and the community is designed to foster accountability, fellowship, and mutual encouragement.
Service –Oriented: The ultimate goal is to prepare individuals (servants of God) to serve the Church and the world.
Holistic Development: Bible colleges aim to develop the whole person—intellectual, spiritual, social, and practical—often described as training the head, heart, and hands.
